so my sch went to Tourism Acade @ SENTOSA

for a kitchen session, 9am-6pm

fun experience

big & clean kitchen..

nice staffs

groups of 3 to cook:

a) 1 whole roast chicken

b) whipped potato

c) lemon garlic vingartte salad

results:

a) SALTY !!! miss jessy didnt massage e chick equally =p

b) add alot of pepper & salt, poor sharon stir very LONG...

c) SOUR - but after mix with veggy, taste GOOD hor !!

really had a lot of fun & laughter with my dear partners

have fun cuting e chicken as well...
